Message Wall announcement!

This is my first announcement. So, let's take a deep breath!

Hello, trainers. I'm pleased to announce that we've made an agreement to switch from Talk Pages to Message Walls! Please bear with us while we make some key changes to certain pages. Some changes may cause bugs to appear on the screen (whether mobile or desktop), so if you see anything strange, please don't be afraid to let us know.

Also, if anyone has any suggestions or questions, please feel free to mention them here. You can also take a look at our two pages to compare the differences.

As this is an announcement, if you have been active on the Wiki within the past 90 days, you will receive announcement notifications from this wiki. This includes voting on polls, upvotes, editing pages, etc. We cannot control whether or not you individually get pinged; Asking to be removed from the ping serves no benefits, and may result in your comment being deleted; it will also mean that you'll be notified for longer.

@Kettlon I'm not unhappy. I think message walls work better for Fandom, just as how talk pages work better for Wikipedia was the point I was making

May I propose also activating message wall greetings, using ImportJS (I mean you can add code or little notes)?

Oh, heh. I just seen those *sadness* images posted on here (which were removed without me noticing) which prompted me to think about reassuring them.

Excellent spot! I'll see what I can do. I'll keep this in mind.

OK, I found the page (or pages). Unfortunately I don't think it's as easy to implement, and me and Ellis are not js coding experts. I could add it to the css code, if that's what you want me to do. Otherwise I'll see if I can ping a more advanced user from another wiki who can implement this feature for you.
