Rock is considered a weaker version of Ground, but don't forget that something made of rocks is more sturdy than something that is made of... dirt.
15. Gigalith
Great powerhouse, great Attack and Defense. Special Defense is also great due to Sand Stream, which boosts it and harms all foes unless they are Ground Rock or Steel. With Diamond Storm/Moonblast, she can become an even greater wall.
13. Drednaw
Do NOT think that Drednaw has 74 Speed. Think of the Swift Swim and you're lead to the path of sweeping. 115 Attack is pretty good, he has Rock Slide which can cause foes to flinch and can its Attack can be boosted with Swords Dance. However, its bulk is not that good and using Swords Dance in rain wastes one of the five turns. But Swords Dance isn't always essential; with Liquidation and everythin' is possible.
12. Kabutops
Same strategy as Drednaw, has access to Flail and Knock Off which are unbeatable so he's a bit stronger.
11. Nihilego
Even when it's not fused with Lusamine she's a powerful Poison Type. While its Physical Stats are those of a trash can, its Special Defense is boosted with Beast Boost and everything is ruined with Calm Mind. It also has high Special Attack, Sludge Wave/Bomb, Power Gem and Meteor Beam to sweep everything.
10. Armaldo
Even though it's not that fast in Rain, it shouldn't waste the Rain with Swords Dance and has meh bulk, he still has good attacks like X-Scissor, Knock Off and Rock Slide for flinching.
09. Crustle
This may sound illogical, but wait... SHELL SMASH, STURDY. With Rock Wrecker, X-Scissor and Rock Slide for flinchin', we have a sweeper as strong as Eternatus. It also has 125 Defense, but is not that fast even with Shell Smash.
08. Kleavor
Counter and even beyond. With Sharpness and Swords Dance, the majesty of PLA's Mons is proofed. X-Scissor, Stone Axe and Quick Attack to ensure that a foe dies after Counter. Its Speed is not that great though and its Special Defense sucks.
07. Glimmora
Okay these stats may look like Heracross's, but it has an ultimate technique which poisons and removes entry hazards, and Toxic Debris, which lays a trap of spikes on those who make contact. It can also run Spikes by its own. Two entry hazards? That's like Meloetta with Boomburst if it had. Other strong moves are Sludge Wave/Bomb and Power Gem.
06. Omastar
Evolved from the Perfection, the one who surpasses Palkia and Dialga. Even though it doesn't have many good damaging moves and has low Special Defense, its high Speed in the Rain and Special Attack are enough for beating many Mons.
05. Aggron
Although it has 4x weaknesses to both Ground and Fighting, Aggron resists 8 types in total. Many Legendary Pokemon, like Rayquaza, cannot deal 100/100 damage to that guy. It may have poor Special Defense and Speed, but also has Sturdy and access to Endeavor, Reversal and Metal Burst. Curse is for hitting hard with Head Smash+Rock Head.
04. Stakataka
Another Rock/Steel type, this time it's an Ultra Beast, which means Beast Boost. Stakataka is known for its beyond imagination Defense and also has great Attack. Stack has access to Trick Room but also the amazing Gyro Ball and some coverage moves like Earthquake. It doesn't have 60 Special Defense or something like that and has access to Heat Crash and Heavy Slam if the opponent is light, or Gyro Ball if it's fast. However, it can't outspeed anything and Rock Slide is only useful with Trick Room.
03. Rhyperior
Rhyperior has low Special Defense. But who cares? That's a strong point, with Metal Burst and high HP, he can kill most Special Mons. As for the Physical Ones, Rock Wrecker, Earthquake and 140 Attack. No jokes, just KILLING.
02. Tyranitar
130 Attack, 150 Special Defense due to Sand Stream, Sand Stream, 110 Defense and Dragen Dance for its low Speed. Moves like Crunch or even Assurance everything is swept. 1/3 of the 18 types can hit it for 200x damage though.

Believe it or not, Terrakion is better than Tyranitar. He's faster, he has 129 Attack, SWORDS DANCE/BULK UP and this means Dominion. Its Justified is useless, but who cares? With moves like Sacred Sword and Rock Slide, it should be moved to the Uber tier but some guys out there are so dumb and say ''It didn't want to fight Kyurem because it was afraid in the film''.
