I’d say this is fine

But now people who just like an anthro character or people who think werewolves are cool go under the same umbrellas as full on furries and I think that's rediculous. Nothing against furries but the label has lost its meaning. There is nothing special or niche about liking something as normal as anthropomorphic animals as a generality. There is something niche about full on anthro hobbyists, which is what furry should mean.

But now "your average person" and "furry" mean the same thing so the word is just redundant.

Lmao right? And the word "anime"? Totally butchered. It now describes works made in the US that share the typical style and tropes with Japanese animation instead of just being Japanese animation. It's become arbitrary.
