not sure how to feel about the stylized animal tier, since pokemon like butterfree, goldeen, and magikarp are higher up. if it's a neutral tier they should be in there

Yeah the tier name was made up on a whim bc I didn't know what to call it. The general theme of the tier isn't really "I don't like them bc they are a stylized animal", it's just whatever designs I just don't like but don't necessarily hate. It just so happened that most were largely based on normal animals lol
