I suggest getting a walking wake, leveling up to 100, teach it

Hydro steam

Snarl

Sunny day will boost flamethrower and hydro steam and activate photosynthesis which boosts ww sp attack.

And if it’s water terra it won’t take much damage from Inteleon.

Make sure it has a modest nature and good special attack (which you can use vitamins and feathers for) this is what I used and Inteleon went smoothly.
