Ash Ketchum and his Pikachu to return as guest characters for the Horizons series?

Despite the they’re already retired from their main protagonist heroism, do you think that Ash Ketchum and his Pikachu will return as guest characters for the Horizons anime series? Why?

Who knows, perhaps when Ash finds out about Paldea, he may end going there and meeting our new protags.

Or, they encounter Ash and realize that they encountered the World Champion, and Ash ends up joining them on their adventure.

That's just wishful thinking

If Ash and Pikachu ever return in the future as guess characters for Pokemon Horizons then I would liked to see at least a few of his Pokemon evolved off screen like Bayleef, Totodile, Gible, Snivy, Oshawott and Scraggy.
