If you are asleep, you can use sleep talk, it there’s a chance that it uses rest , but then you are sleeping, so you rest while resting??

So rest actually fail is chosen by Sleep-Talk🤓
I know but it doesn’t really make sense…
There is a 1/3 chance
Since you can't sleep talk if you are already sleep talking
That means 33% of the time you are resting while resting
And rest doesn't work when sleep talk presses it
It fails so therefore a 33% you wasted a turn
