U guys know Alec from Pokémon: Hisuian Snow? Well how old is he when he was a child and then as a adult?
For the young Alec, I’d say about 7. For Adult Alec, perhaps early twenties.
It's only speculation. But I guess he would be an adult if he was referred to as a doctor.
