Eevee has a reason to be overrated in my opinion and that’s because of how many evolutions it has and how basically everyone has a favourite, also there’s a lot of hype for a new one in SV so that kinda is why tbh. Wooloo is innocent and precious, especially that one episode of twilight wings with it. I agree with everything else tho. Charizard is at least useable to battle with so I understand from a Pvp perspective you are correct.)
