I've decided to change Zubat to a Sneasel, because I would rather draw that than a Zubat (And it will make the story more unique)
From Chapter 1:
A Koffing and a Sneasel came out of a cave on the far end of Krabby Beach. “That kid.” The Sneasel said. “He’s got this strange stone. It looks very valuable. We should keep an eye on him, try and find a chance to steal it.”
“Yes.” The Koffing replied. “Let’s follow them, but keep out of eye range."

From Chapter 2: I was about to say something to him but I didn’t have a chance because two Pokemon jumped out from behind the tent. Or- maybe one of them floated? Flew? I don’t really know. It was a Koffing and a Sneasel. He moved over to Waterking. “We’ll be taking that.” He swiftly grabbed Waterking’s stone and started racing down the stairs with Koffing right behind him.
“No!” Waterking shouted. He looked back at me. “They’re going down to the beach! Will you help me catch them? Please?” He said, pleading.
I nodded. “Yes, I’ll help. But we need to go quickly!” I only got a nod in response as we raced down to the beach.
***
Sneasel and Koffing stopped at the far end of Krabby Beach. “Where now?” Sneasel asked.
“There!” Koffing said, turning towards a deep cave. “Let’s go!” The two thief Pokemon raced into the cave.

From Chapter 3:
The last floor took us longer than we thought. Waterking had to use our Oran Berry after fighting a Kabuto. We finally made it out to a little space with rocks and water and sand. At the end of the room was Sneasel and Koffing whispering to themselves.
“Hey!” I shouted, walking forward. The two thieves turned around to look at us.
“Well look who it is.” Sneasel said, whether it was to us or to Koffing I don’t know.
“It’s the weakling.” Koffing said back to him. “Come to play hero and get his stone back.”
Waterking looked hurt. “I- I’m not a weakling! Sure, I’m not good at fighting but… Give my stone back.”
“As if!” I glared at him as the words came out of Sneasel’s mouth.
“We’ll fight for it! We win, you give the stone back. You win, you get to keep it.” I snapped, challenging them. Waterking was about to voice a protest, but I stopped him.
“Fine.” Koffing said, looking amused while they- And Sneasel- Got into a fighting stance. “Bring it.”

From Chapter 4:
Koffing rushed forward at Waterking, blasting Smog at him. Waterking yelped as the smog covered him. I was about to go help him but I couldn’t because Sneasel was about to use Screech. I hurriedly lunged at him and used Scratch before he could do anything. Waterking quickly backed out of the harmful Smog. I could tell that he wouldn’t be able to take Koffing on by himself.
“Can’t fight weakling?” Koffing taunted at him. “Maybe you-” I cut him off as I knocked him away with my foot. I landed on the ground and turned my head towards Waterking.
“Are you oka-” I winced and covered my ears with my small wings as a terrible sound hit my ears. I painfully peeked my eyes open to see that Sneasel had used Screech after all. Once it stopped, the room was spinning around me. It was hard to concentrate on one thing.
I thought, There’s no way that Waterking can fight on his own. I tried to focus on where my vision told me Sneasel was, and tried using Scratch. I, probably hilariously, missed, getting a face full of sand. Koffing and Sneasel’s laughter could be heard through the slight ringing in my ears.
Shaking my head forcefully, my vision went back to normal. Waterking had- Somehow- managed to knock out Koffing. “How did you do that?” I asked, keeping my eyes on Koffing’s partner.
“I guess my Pound is getting stronger.” He joked.
Sneasel looked nervous as it was now a fight of two versus one. I jumped in front of him as he tried to make an escape to the exit. I could feel heat rising in my throat as I let out a ball of fire at my opponent, beating him.
“Woah!” Waterking exclaimed. “What was that?”
I searched my memory for what that was. “I think it was Ember.”
He thought for a moment. “Yeah… I guess you’re right!”
Padding through the sand, I stopped in front of Sneasel, who was lying on the ground. “We won. Now according to the deal we made, you give us the stone back.”
He hesitated. “Oh- Fine!” He dropped Waterking’s strange stone on the ground in front of him. “We’re out of here!” He and Koffing swiftly left the room. I picked up the stone and handed it to the Piplup.

Other than those, the only other two are mentions in Chapters 8 and 9
