My rules:

• If it starts on 2 legs it should stay on two legs (like rowlet,scorbunny,squirtle etc) tho it is fine if it goes bipedal to quadruped (like samurott)

• If it starts on 4 it should stay on 4(like bulbasuar,mudkip,chikorita)but if it’s a quadruped and becomes bipedal than that’s no good

Birds are always two legs lol(they are superior)

Sorry but oxcoco dosent make people angry. its quadruped and its somthing good that will keep the theory on and on! maby gen 10 starter will be a goat!
