A man-made evolution of magnemite:
I know, the idea isn’t original, however, I do have a bit of facts for it!
Its man-made, and not related to the Magnemite Species AT ALL.
Magnemites cannot evolve into this.
They can be caught, but are not good at fighting.
They have their own evolution line, however, I’m not finished with that yet.
They are emotionless, and do not feel pain
They are workers and help humans, usually in construction jobs.
They lack a shiny variant
Is not needed for the Pokédex
Humans can actively control them
