You heal up your Pokemon at the Crysthaw City Pokemon Center, then make your way towards the Crysthaw Gym since there's nothing stopping you. You go inside, and find the Gym puzzle is a sliding puzzle - literally. You have to choose one ice slide to slide on from a platform, and the correct one will lead you to a trainer, where if you defeat the trainer, you may advance to the next platform. The wrong slide will lead you to the bottom of the gym, where you then must climb some stairs to make your way back up to the top. The first platform has 2 slides, the second one has 4 slides, and the final one before the Gym Leader has 6 slides. You eventually reach the platform where the Gym Leader, Brendon, is waiting. You then battle Brendon, as he uses 3 Pokemon - Spheal, Glaceon, and his ace, Belzerox, an Ice/Dark type. You defeat him, and he gives you the Below Zero Badge. Your Rotom Pokedex then notifies you to congratulate you on your 2nd Gym victory, and tells you that your next stop is Magindle City, home of the Fairy-type gym. You then head for Route 5 to get to Magindle City only to bump into Isabelle. You tell her that Team Givers is not what it seems, and that they are using their good public image to hide their evilness. She then dismisses you by saying that the Team Givers she knows would never do something like that, and challenges you to a battle to prove you wrong. She sends out her Eevee, and says "This Eevee of mine was given to me by my big sis! And guess what? She's the CEO of Team Givers! She'd never do anything wrong!". You take down Eevee, as she sends in her next Pokemon - Goofid, a Rock/Fairy type. You easily defeat Goofid as she then sends in her Hanian Luxio, evolved from her Hanian Shinx. You then take Luxio down as she then sends in her Borca - the evolved form of her Sealuppy. You defeat her Borca, which defeats Isabelle. She states that even though she lost, she's not giving up on her belief that Team Givers is pure-hearted, and decides to prove you wrong by taking you to a nearby Team Givers Pokemon Treating facility....
