I would like to provide a statement on what happened last night (or early this morning for CST.)

1. In my humble opinion, peacock was NOT coming off as aggressive or tyrannical. I’m not just saying this because we’re chummy pals, I’m saying this because well OTHERS agree. Are we 100% sure that they’re (Techno) not just saying this because they got a warning?

2. No one was ganging up on the user, and quite frankly, what is wrong with being authoritative?

3. They broke several rules, and is saying that the mod is looking over and admonishing them. Well what do you expect? A soft warning? We can’t baby everyone here, we need to be firm on occasions. Peacock was doing her job

4. I do NOT mean to come off as hurtful, but if you are the only one who is seeing this person as authoritative, aggressive, ganging, and something else, out of a few people, that might just be a you problem.

5. Peacock wasn’t the only user who said something, I gave them a warning, and said something, yet no one’s attacking me. To be completely fair, I was offline (working on some things.) and came back to something down. kind of like that one meme with the guy bringing pizza and everything is on fire. that’s basically what happened.

In my eyes, it really just seems like they’re upset that they got a warning, and they’re reading Peacock’s tone wrong. (tbh we’re on a website.) Peacock and me did our job (as did you, Kett.) and now the person is upset. The other user didn’t seem to be upset over that, in fact, that user is one of the few users I’ve seen ever say that Peacock was being authoritative and aggressive, even tyrannical. Actually it is the only time, and sometimes? You need authorization and possible aggression. You can’t just be some passive doormat all the time. I would ALSO like to add, that the other user involved in this (Furry something.) apologized. The ONLY user who found Peackck tyrannical, was Techno.

@Gematarix, Just some user who broke Community Guidelines several times was accusing one of the moderators of acting "authoritative" and whatnot for appropriately correcting them.

Well, it is a fangame, though fangames aren't confirmed to be banned from policy. I'd say we allow it for now as per this rule below:

"Separate sharing of Pokémon associated media is permitted. However, please ensure that the discussions board is not full of media material only."
