Ok so I was battling Allister everything was fine until allister send out polteageist
The pokemon had giga drain so can anyone give me tips for beating allister?

Use a Dark type. Ghost type would also work but it would be harder because Ghost is weak to itself
What Pokemon do you have on your team? (+moves/held items?)
If a battel ever gets too hard for me I use a move like fire spin or coil and wait for my opponents slow defeat and use lots of potions.
