I like Togepi and Riolu. I actually have a Riolu plushie and Riolu evolves into Lucario, and no matter HOW overrated it is I can't not love Lucario! I like Togepi because of Misty's Togepi (duh) and I also like Togetic. You know, I feel like people forget Togetic exists.

Allison what do u think this was directed too? It's a fun poll thing that failed becouse it doesn't seem like many know what pokemon are baby pokemon (no offence)

The people saying Pokemon that aren't baby Pokemon are probably mistaking them for basic Pokemon. If you don't know which are baby or basic Pokemon, check Bulbapedia.
