I hate practically everything with Ash in it... but yet I have a favorite movie. That would be Pokemon Ranger and the Temple of Sea. I mean, it focuses on May, not Ash, and Manaphy is just so cute!
The by far worst, though, is the Sinnoh trilogy. Specifically, Arceus and the Jewel of Life. I couldn't understand a THING of what on earth was going on! (I liked Shaymin in Giratina and the Sky Warrior, I must admit.)

I agree with you. Jewl of life was confusing and had too much in it. They added Pokemon that didn't need to be there, like shaymin.
The worst Pokemon movies have to be the latest but I saw a cool trailer for a really detailed movie

Because I'm honestly not looking forward to Everyone's Story, because it seems boring and not following the Pokemon series at all. They make a big fuss about having Lugia in it when the second movie is about Lugia already! MAKE A FREAKING MOVIE ABOUT HO-OH!!
My favourite movie was Jirachi Wish Maker, mainly because Jirachi is so adorable!
My least favourite movie was Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea because... WHY ARE THERE PIRATES HERE?
Favourites:Pokèmon I choose you! Because it has a very sad scene ever I watch in Pokèmon and It the first time Marshadow appeared.
Worst:Kyurem vs The Sword of Justice. Because the movie is like "0".
Wait I found out Everyone's Story has Zeraora in it. Never mind.
