Froakie.
Chikorita, or Cyndaquil.. but a Torchic named Corch was my PokemonPets starter and a Froakie named Squeaky was my starter in X so... I'd choose Froakie even though the Chikorita line is my favorite because I almost feel a bond with Squeaky.
