My list.
Red striped Basculin being male and blue striped Basculin being female: i blame 101 Dalmatians for this, because in those movies, the male dogs used red collars and the female dogs used blue collars.
Dunsparce being a bee/wasp instead of a snake: seriously, its shape and having wings made me thought it was a bug instead of a mythologic snake from the japanese folclore.
Gorebyss being a dolphin: i didn't noticed it until i found out about the oarfish.
Lucario being from gen 5 instead of 4: i always thought its design could fitted more from its next generation instead. And when i got the Riolu egg in Diamond back in the pandemic, i was shocked. I genuinely thought Lucario belonged in gen 5.
Woobat having a big pink eye: it was its nose instead, its eyes used to be closed and covered in fur.

Ok, so the goal is simple. Using yes or no questions, try to guess the Pokemon I'm thinking of! Once mine is guessed, the winner thinks of one as well, and then we'll continue.
Anyway, go crazy. Ask as many questions as you'd like.

Today, I'll be buffing one of my personal favorite-looking Pokemon: Golisopod
Golisopod is an interesting case when it comes to Pokemon
First, it has good typing, since Bug and Water give it useful resistances to Ground, Steel, Water, and Fighting, as well as cancel out weaknesses to Grass and Fire
Secondly, it has pretty good stats, with respectable 75/140/90 bulk and 120 Atk.
The only stat that Golisopod's lacking in is it's speed, but that can be helped by it's wide range of moves
Lastly, it has a good move pool, with Liquidation and First Impression/X-Scissor for STAB and great coverage in Drill Run, as well as other offensive tools like Iron Head, Poison Jab, Close Combat and Throat Chop. STAB Leech Life can be used as recovery, and it has access to moves like Substitute, Swords Dance, Taunt, Bulk Up, Wide Guard etc.
Overall, this Pokemon seems poised to be one of the best Bug-type Pokemon OAT.
Why isn't it then?
The simple answer: it's ability.
Golisopod's signature ability, "Emergency Exit", causes the ability holder to automatically switch out upon dropping below 50% HP.
While this can be worked around with held items like Assault Vest or Red Card, it's a VERY exploitable weakness in Golisopod's playstyle
Thus, I suggest one or both of these 2 options:
Option 1) Buff Emergency Exit by causing Golisopod to switch at the end of the turn, and give it a secondary effect similar to Slowbro's "Regenerator" ability (causes the ability wielder to regain 1/3 of their HP when they switch out)
I'd add this effect to Emergency Exit, but reduce the healing to 1/5 of Golisopod's HP, rather than 1/3, so it's balanced
Option 2) Give Golisopod a 2nd ability and a hidden ability. I nominate these:
Tough Claws
Shell Armor
Hyper Cutter
Marvel Scale
Multiscale
Sharpness
Tell me if this is a good idea or not, and what pokemon you want to see for part 2.
I'll spin a wheel to pick a random suggestion

In Z-A, I have a Delphox on my team. Named her White Diamond, after the Steven Universe character, and intended her to be my big Special Attacker of the team. Surprisingly, my team consists of mostly Physical Attackers, with like, one Mixed attacker
So I was sifting through my TMs, looking for some coverage she could learn. Obviously, she can learn Flamethrower and Psychic, those are her STABs. and Shadow Ball is a bit of a gimme, she's a special attacking Psychic type, she can learn Shadow Ball.
But she cannot learn Thunderbolt??? I swear I thought Delphox could learn Thunderbolt, but no!! My logic here is, she can learn half of the "Big 4" of Special Moves
Flamethrower and Psychic make complete sense, I'd riot if a Fire/Psychic type couldn't learn their bread and butter STAB moves
Ice Beam makes sense why she can't learn it. She's a Fire type, she can't learn an Ice move, makes complete and utter sense
But why can't she learn Thunderbolt? The only Pokemon on my team that CAN learn it is my Absol, a Phyical Attacker. Makes no sense, let the fox learn T-Bolt already GameFreak

This is gonna be an absolutely huge one folks... as even in just one game, The Thousand Year Door, there are 126 SEPERATE Tattle entries, so 126 different enemies!!
Now of course, there aren't actually 126 enemies. Some, like the Shadow Sirens and Doopliss, get repeated, and some are very minor revamps of other enemies. Still, a lot to go over!! Definitely a multi-part thing we got going on here. In this one, i'm just doing the bosses!!
Spoiler warning for every boss in the TTYD remake, you've been warned!!
Anyways, enough yapping and dilly-dallying, lets-a-go!!
Blooper- Water/Poison
Hooktail- Fire/Dragon
Beldum- Ghost/Ice
Marilyn- Ghost/Electric
Magnus Von Grapple- Steel
Rawk Hawk- Fighting
Macho Grubba- Fighting/Dark
Doopliss- Dark/Ghost
Cortez- Ghost
Lord Crump- Normal/Dark
Smorg- Dark
Magnus Von Grapple 2.0- Steel/Dark
Sir Grodus- Dark/Electric
Gloomtail- Dark/Dragon
Bonetail- Ghost/Dragon
Red Bones- Ghost
Dark Bones- Dark/Ghost
Prince Mush- Fighting/Fairy
Whacka- Normal
Bowser- Fire/Dragon
Kammy Koopa- Psychic
Shadow Queen- Ghost/Dark
Yes, a lot of Dark types here. I can't help it though, Dark works so well for so many of these characters!! Also, Vivian wasn't here because I did her already in the Partners as Pokemon one

But after seeing Floette have a mega evolved form despite not being a fully evolved it self it would be cool to see if pikachu mega evolve too and if soo what would mega pikachu look like and type and ability changes will their be?
Im a huge pokemon fan and I have some Pokemon cards at my house. My favorite pokemon has to be sylveon shes just soo cute and I hope I have a good time at this wiki!!!!!!
