Esto es Pokémon (en España) o Pokémon Johto (en Hispanoamérica y en inglés), es el tercer opening de la serie Pokémon, se emitió por primera vez en el primer episodio de la tercera temporada hasta el final de ésta.
La versión en castellano es interpretada por Enrique Gil, con Vicki y Luisi Bodega en los coros, mientras que la versión hispanoamericana es cantada por Óscar Roa, Nora Giron, Bárbara Ramírez, Alfredo Calderón, Patsy Vega y Maby Vega.
